The Gaia Guides Leadership Training Program is a 3-day immersive experience designed for kids aged 13 to 16. This program is specifically crafted to prepare pre-teens and teens with essential leadership skills, strategies, and tools they can carry into future careers. In today’s competitive world, early exposure to leadership training gives kids an edge by teaching them how to take initiative, manage responsibilities, and collaborate effectively with others. The program not only focuses on technical skills like coaching and risk management but also fosters personal growth through hands-on activities and real-world scenarios. Who Can Participate?
Our private paddle events are tailored for participants ages 6 to 17 years old and for adults who want to join them. We provide gear that accommodates all sizes, ages, and skill levels, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and confident. Whether it’s your first time paddling or you’re a seasoned pro, our experienced and friendly instructors create a welcoming and supportive environment for all.
What’s Included?
Gaia Guides provides everything you need for a safe and enjoyable adventure:
Size-appropriate paddleboards (with fin and leash).
Paddles, personal flotation devices (PFDs), and wetsuits.

We offer discounted pricing based on group size:
$110 per paddler for 5 participants
$100 per paddler for 6-10 participants
$90 per paddler for 11-20 participants
$80 per paddler for 21-30 participants
$70 per paddler for 31+ participants
